- What does AI process automation cost for a mid-sized company?
- A process check costs €2,000 net and takes five working days. A first agent for one process costs €9,900 net at a fixed price. For funded projects there is the funding package at €14,900: if the Digitalbonus Standard is granted, about €7,450 remains as your own share. Support after launch starts at €390 per month. Funding is decided by the district government.
- How does process automation with AI agents work?
- In four steps. We first understand how the work actually runs, not the idealised version. Then we define what the agent takes on, what it escalates and how it handles errors. Development and testing use your real documents and edge cases. After handover we keep observing, adjust and document the system.
- Does AI automation work with our ERP or mailbox?
- That depends on your system. The First agent package includes a connection to one system, for example email, ERP or DMS. Where it matters, your team approves. Which systems are involved in your case and what can be connected, we clarify in an initial call, before you commission anything.
- What is the difference between a script and an AI agent?
- A script follows fixed steps and breaks as soon as reality does not match the template. An agent owns a process from start to finish, branches through multi-step workflows and hands edge cases to the right person with full context. It does not replace your judgment: decisions that need judgment stay with your team.
