Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Jevolution (Jevgenij Noskov) and its clients for the provision of services in the field of AI development and process automation.

2. Subject Matter

Jevolution develops and implements custom AI agents and automation solutions based on individual project agreements. The exact scope of services is defined in separate project contracts or proposals.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are agreed individually and set out in written proposals or project contracts. Pursuant to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged (small business regulation).

4. Intellectual Property

Rights to developed solutions and their transfer to the client are governed by the respective project contract. Unless otherwise agreed, rights to developed systems remain with Jevolution until full payment is received.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jevolution's liability is unlimited for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

6. Governing Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Munich, insofar as the client is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
