Frequently asked questions
- What does AI invoice processing cost?
- An agent for one process, such as receipts, costs €9,900 net at a fixed price as the First agent package, including a connection to one system such as email, ERP or DMS. Clarifying the process beforehand costs €2,000 net as a process check and is credited within 60 days. Support starts at €390 per month. For funded projects there is the funding package at €14,900 with about €7,450 as your own share.
- Does document processing work with DATEV or my ERP?
- Yes, handovers are possible. In our tax firm case study, checked receipts go to DATEV. More generally, we connect agents to ERP or document management systems. Whether and how your system can be connected, we clarify in an initial call. PDFs, scans and images are processed, including phone photos.
- Are my documents and client data safe with AI processing?
- Documents often contain confidential data. That is why we define together, before the start, which data is processed where. Every processing step is logged: who, when, what. The knowledge the agent uses is stored separately from the AI model and belongs to you. We show our system only by appointment, using sample receipts.
- Does the AI decide on its own when processing documents?
- No. The agent reads supplier, date, amounts and tax and gives a confidence score for each field. It rates its own certainty. What it recognises with confidence moves on. Below a defined threshold, the document goes to a specialist with a reason, and that person decides. The team makes the decisions; the agent handles the routine.
