Frequently asked questions
- What does AI consulting or a process analysis cost?
- The process check costs €2,000 net and takes five working days. It covers mapping one process your team handles by hand today, a recommendation on what an agent takes on and what stays with the team, and a fixed-price quote for the implementation. If you then commission the first agent, we credit the €2,000 in full within 60 days. On its own, without implementation, the check is not eligible for funding.
- Is AI consulting funded by the Bavarian Digitalbonus?
- As part of a funded project, yes; on its own, no. In the funding package, the process check is the first phase after the confirmation of receipt and is funded with the rest. Funding covers up to 50%, up to €7,500 in Standard and up to €30,000 in Plus. Requirements include fewer than 50 employees, at most €10m in revenue and a site in Bavaria. You file the application yourself. We cannot promise approval.
- What is the difference between AI consulting and implementation?
- Consulting clarifies where agents have the biggest impact: process mapping, ROI analysis per automation candidate, technology recommendations without vendor bias and an implementation roadmap. Implementation builds the agent, for example in the First agent package. The process check provides the basis for it but does not replace the implementation.
- Do I have to share company data for an initial call?
- No. Rough details are enough to start: which process do you want to automate, and how do you handle it today? We use what you enter in the contact form only to answer your enquiry. Which data is processed where in a later project, we define together with you before the start.
